JM Colberg is recognized photobook and photography critic, for many years running his online magazine CPHmag with photobook reviews articles on contemporary photography.

13-15 June, 10 places are available.
Workshop will be held in English.

Workshop description:
Getting from a set of photographs to a fully realized photobook is
often harder than expected. Editing and sequencing for a book often
pose considerable challenges for photographers. In this workshop,
strategies to get past these challenges are explored, with a focus on
creating "building blocks" for larger book edits/sequences.

Requirements:
Photobooks cannot be made without pictures. So photographers are
required to have
1. a fully realized or 90% finished project, with
ideally at least 30 photographs (more are never a problem). The
workshop will be held in English.
2. Accepted photographers need to bring the following to the workshop:
- One (cheap) blank spiral-bound notebook (A4)
- At least one set of work prints of their project (A5), ideally two (A5
and A4 - so there would be two sizes for each picture)
- Removable double-sided tape or removable glue dots
